    • Component cleaning | 2000

      Feeding or transfer systems for cleaning systems are individually adapted to specific requirements. They enable the efficient cleaning and degreasing of parts made from various materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramics and more. They are particularly suitable for components that can be transported on roller conveyors, such as cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, valve blocks, transmission parts and housings. These tailor-made solutions include components such as conveyor tracks, stoppers and separating units, lifting and lowering mechanisms as well as cross-conveying and rotating systems. The configuration is carried out in close cooperation with customers in order to meet their individual requirements in terms of size, shape, cleaning methods and throughput.

    • Production handling | 3000

      Our production handling system is versatile and designed for a wide range of applications. It can easily handle both workpiece carriers and goods baskets. In addition, it is also designed for round objects such as brake discs, rims and more, as well as for heavy weights of up to 300 kg. If required, the system can also be adapted and used for significantly higher loads. It therefore offers flexibility and scalability to meet the requirements of different production environments.

    • Belt conveyor | 4000

      Belt and belt-type conveyors are versatile products that are frequently used as supplementary systems in the plastics and metalworking industries. They enable the efficient transport of materials and components. In addition, they can also be used as stand-alone systems, for example for transporting and discharging NOK parts (not OK) in the brake disc industry. In this area, they are used to sort out defective parts and remove them from the production line. Belt and belt-type conveyors offer flexibility and efficiency for various industrial applications.

    • Container and bin conveyor technology | 5000

      The container conveyor technology of the 5000 series ideally complements the 3000 production automation system, but is specially designed for rectangular bins and containers. Transport can take place with or without accumulation pressure, with the stoppers characterized by flat stop surfaces with a plastic strip. Our conveyors are suitable for a wide range of applications, from cardboard box transport with a weight of 25 kg to bulk material containers of over 300 kg. Their robustness, which is typically required in the manufacturing industry, sets them apart from competitors on the market.
